Do We Sell Your Data?
Lapa Living does not sell your personal information for money. However, some of the tools we use for advertising and analytics - such as ad pixels and tracking cookies - may fall under the CCPA's broader definition of a "sale" or "share" of data, even though no money changes hands. Out of caution and respect for your rights, we give you the ability to opt out below.

This applies to information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies used for advertising purposes, including data shared with advertising and analytics partners (such as social media and search advertising platforms) that may use it to show you relevant ads elsewhere online.
How to Opt Out
You have a few ways to opt out of this type of data sharing:

- Disable third-party cookies directly in your browser settings
- Email us at support@lapaliving.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Data" and we will process your request manually
Once we receive your opt-out request, we will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising going forward. Note that opting out does not delete data already collected - if you'd like your existing data deleted, please refer to the "Your Rights" section of our Privacy Policy.
No Discrimination
Exercising your privacy rights will never result in different pricing, denied service, or a lower quality of service from Lapa Living. We treat every customer the same, whether or not you choose to opt out.
Verifying Your Request
To protect your privacy and prevent fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing an opt-out or deletion request. This typically means confirming the email address associated with your order or account.
Authorized Agents
You can designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us, or ask for proof that you've authorized the agent to act for you.
