Shipping policy

At Lapa Living, shipping is free on every order within the United States and Canada. If you have questions about your shipment, reach out to us at support@lapaliving.com.

Where We Ship

This policy covers all orders shipped within the United States and Canada. At this time, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any destination outside these two countries.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Lapa Living is a US-registered business, and we work with a network of international logistics partners and warehouses to fulfill orders. Because of this, your package's shipping origin may not match our registered business address. By ordering from Lapa Living, you're acknowledging that your item may ship from an overseas fulfillment center or warehouse.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) once payment clears. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing the next business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 6-12 business days in transit. All together, expect your order between 7-14 business days from the date you placed it, depending on your location and warehouse stock. These are estimates, not guarantees - actual delivery can shift slightly during high-volume periods or due to factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking included. As soon as your item leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

Delays

We work hard to hit our estimated delivery windows, but occasionally weather, carrier backlogs, or unusually high order volume can cause delays. If your order is running past the estimated window, reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package never arrives or shows up damaged, email support@lapaliving.com with your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We'll look into it and get you a replacement or full refund as fast as we can.
